Your Birth, Backed Up

I have been weaving birth-work in and out of motherhood work since 2010. 

I have attended births as a professional since 2020 during the height of Covid and I own my own company Clary and Crowned Birth as a child birth doula and educator. I have also administrated birth circles in RVA and in NOVA, where I grew up. 

I thrive when I can provide plenty of prenatal childbirth education and care content in preparation for the big day and for the immediate postpartum time, which is such a precious time and one that ought to be honored with nurturing supportive information and respectful care. 

I have been a birthing person for almost 15 years with 4 of my own, 3 boys and a girl I worked very methodically to get! 

Richmond has enriched my birth-work opportunities so much because there are so many options for wonderful midwives and doulas and other professionals who provide so many wonderful services and support here! It’s been a gift to grow my doula business in the river city!
