I know postpartum care is a meaningful investment in your family’s well-being. I’m happy to discuss your budgeting needs and goals so we can create an overnight support plan that fits your budget—while ensuring you receive the compassionate, consistent care you deserve.
Serving as a birth, and postpartum doula and birth educator for the past few years, I have strived to continually gain knowledge and build a robust toolkit to best support the families I partner alongside. Moving into the formal training and certification for the Gentle Sleep Coach/Consultant seemed like the next logical step to be able to surround families with thoughtful and personalized care.
Rest easy knowing your baby is cared for.
My expectations for every family I partner with are to provide hands-on, compassionate support that helps new parents build confidence and avoid postpartum exhaustion. From day one, I work closely with each family to gently shape healthy sleep habits and routines—minimizing the need for sleep training, “cry-it-out” methods, and restless nights for both baby and parents.
At this age and in this environment, amazing sleep habits can be established very quickly with loads of consistency and tons of love involved! We will work closely with your family to develop a sleep plan that is right for your child, and help you help your little one to be sleeping through the night and taking proper naps in no time!

*Regardless of contract & support program chosen, average nightly shifts look the same throughout and compassionate care and support is always our top priority*
Take a look at what an average shift looks like here
Short-Term Boost: 1–7 nights for immediate post-birth rest & hands-on support.
Tapered Contracts: High-frequency nights early on, decreasing as the family builds confidence, over a period of several weeks
Extended Sleep Support Programs: Intensive, hands-on support over multiple nights per week for a minimum of 8 weeks, focusing on consistent, compassionate sleep shaping & routine building while building parent confidence with infant development, feeding, day to day tasks and reducing postpartum exhaustion.
Emergency Postpartum Relief: Last minute support scheduled with less than a 14 day notice, to support new parents with sleep deprivation, postpartum exhaustion, and postpartum mood disorders. This is also helpful for families with babies with inconsistent &/or negative sleeping patterns.

Whether your looking for one/two nights off, 3 shifts a week for 4 weeks, or a 12 week extended sleep support package, I can provide the support, care, compassion, and soothing skills for your little one to thrive and grow to their fullest potential.
*To achieve a long term benefit of successfully coaching your baby to sleep through the night with minimal interruptions and assure optimal recovery & bonding for yourself, I suggest choosing a tapered or extended sleep support program/contract.
