The Virtual Care Consists of 4 Meetings

These meetings can be done in person if local to Richmond, Virginia.

Hire your doula no later than 20-30 weeks pregnant to assure availability and schedule each prenatal zoom meeting.

First Prenatal consists of:

Birth Goals and Writing an Effective Birth Plan (Template & Planning Included)
Navigating Decision-Making (B.R.A.I.N.S.)
How to Navigate Birth Naturally & How to Trust your Body

Second Prenatal:

Ways To Get Partners Involved in Birth (1 -1 Crash Course Included)
Breech & Other Malpositions
Spinning Babies & Childbirth Education

Third Prenatal:

1-1 Postpartum Planning Session
Self Advocacy
Managing Friends and Family During Birth or Beyond
How To Create A Welcoming Birth or Postpartum Space
Preparing for a Surgical Birth (Option)

Fourth Prenatal:

Packing for the Hospital (Packing List Included)
Preparing for Induction (& How to say No)
What to Expect at the Hospital
What to Expect when you Come Home

After Birth Check-in:

This will be a 30 minute to 1 hour zoom meeting to:

Process Birth Experience
Discuss Coming Home
Offer Resources
Give Navigation Tips for any Feeding, Soothing, or Sleeping Troubleshooting
*Optional*- Discuss Gentle Newborn Sleep Support
